We do not make cider ourselves. Instead we offer 18-24 cideries at a time to have their products on draft. Additionally, our refrigerated bottle shop offers bottled and canned ciders from regional, national, and international producers. We source cider from a wide net of distributors, direct relationships, and collaborations. If you make or sell cider, please contact us at and tell us more. 

We love cider, but make room in our beverage hearts for beer and wine too! Bellingham's brewery scene is incredible and we value the drinking culture and atmosphere of curiosity, exploration, and quality our local brewers have fostered. For that reason, we focus our draft beer program on local breweries.

We also plan to have a rotating list of wine, rose, and red house wines available for bottle pours sourced primarily from the PNW.  

We are a 21+ only business.  Under our tavern licensing with the  WA State Liquor Control Board, we are restricted to only allowing guests over 21.

We don't consider ourselves a full-service restaurant.  The food service onsite is primarily focused on charcuterie and cheese pairings that enhance the cider drinking experience.  All food and drink are ordered at the bar counter.  We don't offer table service.

For light appetites and happy hours, our casual service and light bites are a great solution. For those with bigger appetites, we welcome food from nearby establishments and can recommend some options for quick pickup or delivery.  For those seeking table service, we are lucky to be neighbors with some of the best eateries in town!
